Your statement about Grass fed beef reminded me that I've been wanting to ask you about sources for grass fed/finished beef in our area. I have finished reading Animal, Vegetable, Miracle, by Barbara Kingsolver, and have become inspired to really research where to find more sources of local food. We've taken a great step by being involved in the CSA, but there is much more I know I can do. If you have any other resources or ideas, I'd really appreciate it!
