What a great idea, holding classes! I wish we had some around here for "Starting a New Garden" --while I have some chops gardening in existing garden patches, breaking ground for a new garden is a big new adventure for me. I come armed with what I think are some good book resources (Eliot Coleman, Jon Jeavons, et al), but I feel like I need some extra hand-holding.
Another great class, I think, would be an introduction to putting up raised beds, fences and other gardening architecture -- especially for the non-handy.
