Well, we definitely got our snow. :) Funny, I'm making caramels tonight, too. If I didn't, all of the guys my boyfriend works with would be upset... lol. They ask for them.
I admit to having a thing for reading Martha Stewart Living, and this month she has a recipe for gingerbread caramels. I like my caramel recipe just fine, but I'm going to do a half batch and stir in the gingerbread spices she recommends to see what that does.
